Mosaic Tunnel Furnace.

Total length is 28 meters, 0.8 meters in width and 0.28 meters in height.
The heating section is divided into 4 segments with different heating method that the former three segments are top heating an the fourth segments is heated form four sides.
All these four segments keep constant temperature by the computer build in.
The transmitting component adopts high-power motor with steeples speed change transducer Guaranteeing high efficient production that exceeds 10 pieces per hour.
The mesh belt is made up of refractory material which is able to endure 1000 C. For the mesh belt, Two diameter is optional listed asφ2.5mm and φ3mm.
Total Power: 120KW but only 60% power actually needed for the daily production.
Mosaic Cutting Table:

With 20 supports, 40 U-type blades and one set of adjusted tools.
Cutting Accuracy: ≤+/-0.15mm
Easy to operate, within half an hour, the worker can operate the machine masterly.
Cutting efficiency: Max. cutting size: 530mm * 530mm
It can cut 2 pieces of glass per minutes.
